Chad has worked in nearly every facet of video production since 2001. As an editor, he has crafted over 30 documentary films, including three Emmy-winners for the PBS series FRONTLINE, including two episodes of the Emmy and Polk award winning “Money, Power & Wall Street,” four films for PBS’s preeminent history series American Experience, and the Peabody Award winning Sighted Eyes / Feeling Heart, which premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival in 2017. In between heady documentaries he spices things up by cutting lively television series about cooking and travel for PBS’s Create network, extremely remodeled houseboats for Travel Channel, and several shows celebrating furry companions for Animal Planet, including “Dogs 101.”
In addition to editing Chad has worked as a writer, producer, director, animator, and camera operator and applies his multi-disciplinary knowledge when collaborating with a wide variety of creative professionals in order to tell compelling stories that are informative and evocative. Chad also serves as president of the board of directors for the Vermont Production Collective, the advisory board of the Green Mountain Film Festival, the board of directors for ORCA Media, and the steering committee for the Vermont Creative Network.

Kristin has been working in journalism for nearly a decade, starting in the print & multimedia fields, eventually transitioning into documentary film production and podcasting. She also has extensive experience managing projects and events for individuals and companies. She is currently working on the release of a podcast geared towards women entrepreneurs.
A year serving in the Americorps program – City Year Boston – instilled in Kristin the importance of community involvement. Since then, Kristin has spent her off hours volunteering for organizations that promote getting children outdoors and the advancement of women and girls. Kristin is passionate about collaborating with and creating community among entrepreneurial and professional women. In partnership with ElevateHer Vermont, she created and runs a mentorship program for women.
